Working principle:

1. FG 시리즈 끓는 유동층 건조기는 주요 기계 (프로세서), 공기 처리 장치 (AHU), 난방 및 제어 시스템으로 구성됩니다. 동작 할 때, 프로세스 요구 사항에 따라 그릇에 재료를 충전 과정 및 파라미터를 설정
2.Start processor.The 유입 공기가 가열 장치에 의해 공기 처리 유닛 (AHU)로 여과하고, 가열

3. 처리 된 공기가 프로세서로 들어가 재료를 유동화 상태로 불어 넣습니다. 재료는 빠르게 건조되고 수분은 빠르게 증발됩니다.

4. 작업이 끝나면 FBD / FBG 보울 용 파마 리프터를 사용하여 생산 된 과립을 들어 올리고 배출하기 위해 보울을 밖으로 옮깁니다.

5. 전체 과정에서 분말 먼지와 교차 오염이 효과적으로 제어됩니다.
